These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") are entered into by and between Fuel 4 Ever ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and the affiliate ("Affiliate," "you," or "your"). 1. Enrollment in the Program

1.1. Application: To join the Affiliate Program, you must submit a complete application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

1.2. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Your website or platform should not contain any objectionable content, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

2.1. Promotion: You will promote our products on your website, blog, social media, or other channels using the approved marketing materials and links provided by us.

2.2. Compliance: You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, including the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) endorsement guidelines.

2.3. Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any misleading, unethical, or illegal activities. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, cookie stuffing, and false advertising.

3. Commissions

3.1. Commission Rate: You will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through your affiliate links. The current commission rate is product specific at 15-20%.

3.2. Payment: Commissions will be paid biweekly (on the 1st and 15th) via Paypal. 

3.3. Returns and Chargebacks: Commissions will not be paid on orders that are returned, refunded, or charged back.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting our products.

4.2. Restrictions: You may not alter our trademarks, logos, or marketing materials in any way, nor may you use them in a manner that disparages or misrepresents our company or products.

5. Term and Termination

5.1. Term: This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will continue until terminated by either party.

5.2. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other party.

5.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our trademarks, logos, and marketing materials and remove all affiliate links from your platforms.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, including, but not limited to, loss of revenue or profits.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your state, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes via email or through our affiliate portal. Your continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
